What is ILLiad?

ILLiad is the Interlibrary Loan software used to request materials from other libraries. Unlike CONSULS (the library catalog) where you can request books from Central, Southern, Western and the State Library straight from the catalog. Interlibrary Loan books take up to 10 days to receive.  For more info click ILLiad FAQ

WHAT'S NEW!!! Interlibrary Loan now offers texting notifications to your cellphone. Just edit your account information and add your cell phone number plus your carriers special extention "Text message email address = 2191234567@vtext.com" along with your Eastern email address separated by a comma to get your notices sent to your phone.

  • If you request an article from Dissertation Abstracts it will be cancelled. The library owns a subscription to this database which contains only abstracts of dissertations. Dissertation Abstracts is a selectively index of masters theses and dissertations from the U.S., Canada, Great Britain, and Europe. Over 2 million theses and dissertations are included. No full text.
